• Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,630 - $1,750

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute care or hospital setting
• CRT or RRT accepted
• Current Ohio RRT license required at time of submission
• NBRC certification required and must be active
• BLS certification required and must be active
• Ability to work nights, weekends as needed, and float as required
• Must be able to meet compliance requirements, including background review, drug screening, and onboarding timelines

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory care to hospitalized patients
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures in support of the care team
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in respiratory needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical staff to support safe, effective patient care
• Float to other facilities as needed based on staffing requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all unit and compliance protocols
