Job Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Graduate of a CoARC-accredited respiratory therapy program
• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience in ICU, IMCU, and general floor settings
• Strong ventilator management skills, including initiation, monitoring, and weaning support
• Experience with BiPAP and CPAP therapy adjustments
• Ability to work across multiple clinical areas based on departmental needs
• Professional, flexible, and patient-centered approach to care

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care across acute care areas, inpatient units, and outpatient clinics
• Manage high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC), moderate-flow oxygen therapy, and transport ventilators
• Perform tracheostomy care and airway management support
• Assist with patient transport while maintaining airway and oxygenation support
• Collect and analyze arterial blood gases (ABGs)
• Support bronchoscopic procedures as needed
• Conduct home oxygen evaluations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to ensure safe, effective respiratory treatment across settings
