Job Requirements

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing
• At least 1 year of hospital pharmacist or inpatient pharmacy experience
• Strong knowledge of medication safety, dispensing, and clinical pharmacy workflows
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based patient care environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Willingness to complete required onboarding screenings and compliance items

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a hospital pharmacy setting
• Support safe medication use through order review and clinical screening
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and pharmacy staff to optimize inpatient patient care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Respond to inpatient pharmacy needs with professionalism and a patient-first mindset
