- Location: Boston, MA 02215 — a premier urban healthcare center with world-class medical resources and easy access to city amenities

- Shift: 12-hour night shifts
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,930 - $2,080
- Shift Commitment: Every other weekend, 2 call shifts, and holiday commitment required

Job Requirements
- 2+ years of respiratory therapy experience required
- Active Respiratory Therapist license required
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- BLS certification required
- NBRC verification required
- Critical care, Level 1 trauma, and teaching hospital experience required
- Strong experience with adult ICU, neuro, medical, cardiac, and surgical patient populations
- Advanced ventilator management experience required
- Must be comfortable working on-call as needed
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality respiratory care to adult critical care and Emergency Department patients
- Manage advanced ventilator settings and interpret respiratory data to support patient care
- Support clinical decision-making using esophageal balloons, PV loop interpretations, driving pressure assessment, and best PEEP strategies
- Work with multiple ventilator platforms in a busy acute care hospital environment
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
- Respond to the demands of a high-acuity, fast-paced healthcare setting
- Participate in call coverage, weekend rotations, and holiday coverage as scheduled
