Job Details

• Position: Cath Lab Tech
• Setting: Cardiac Catheterization Lab
• Location: Farmington, CT
• Start Date: 9/18/2026
• Duration: 16 weeks
• Shift: 10-hour day shifts with a 9:00 AM start
• On-Call: Required
• Average Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,600 - $2,790
• Schedule Notes: Approximately 7 shifts per month; minor holidays required; all time off must be submitted at the time of application

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an invasive cardiac cath lab or cardiovascular imaging setting
• Completion of an accredited Registered Cardiovascular Program or equivalent RCIS certification
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred
• Epic experience required
• Ability to work scheduled holidays as required
• Comfortable participating in on-call coverage and a rotating coverage schedule

Responsibilities

• Support physicians and clinical staff during cardiac catheterization procedures
• Prepare and maintain a safe, efficient, and organized cath lab environment
• Assist with patient care before, during, and after invasive cardiac procedures
• Operate within established cath lab protocols and standards of care
• Document accurately in Epic and maintain complete procedural records
• Respond to on-call needs and provide coverage as part of the unit rotation
• Contribute to a collaborative cardiovascular care team focused on high-quality patient outcomes
