Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in radiation therapy or radiation oncology
- Current BLS certification
- ARRT(T) certification required
- Radiation therapy education or equivalent RRT background
- Experience with Varian TrueBeam, DIBH gating, and CT simulation strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative oncology care team
- Must complete required Pennsylvania clearances and fingerprinting prior to start
- Comfort working with adult patient populations in a cancer treatment setting
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, accurate radiation therapy treatments in a busy oncology environment
- Operate and support treatment technology, including Varian TrueBeam and CT simulation equipment
- Perform DIBH gating procedures as clinically indicated
- Use Epic/Aria to document care, maintain treatment records, and support workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, nurses, and the care team to support individualized treatment plans
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and readiness throughout treatment sessions
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, quality standards, and radiation safety practices
- Contribute to an efficient workflow that supports timely, high-quality patient care
