• Location: Falmouth, MA 02540
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,690 - $1,820
• Assignment Length: 26 weeks
• Shift Notes: No weekends and no holidays
• Start Date: 10/12/2026

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine, radiology, or a closely related imaging setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited radiography program or equivalent
• Current ARRT registration or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) certification
• Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety, diagnostic imaging procedures, and patient care standards
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures according to established protocols
• Review patient history, screen patients, and determine the appropriate isotope for each exam
• Prepare, calculate, and administer isotope doses accurately and safely
• Monitor patients during procedures and report any unusual observations promptly
• Maintain detailed records of radioisotope receipt, use, storage, and disposal
• Operate, maintain, calibrate, and clean nuclear medicine equipment and imaging systems
• Produce diagnostic-quality images and ensure all required documentation is complete
• Support continuing education and stay current with professional standards and licensing requirements
• Collaborate respectfully with coworkers, medical staff, patients, and visitors
• Follow all safety practices and contribute to a positive, service-focused care environment
