• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,630 - $1,750

Job Requirements

• Current CST certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of operating room experience
• Level I trauma experience required
• Experience supporting CVOR cases strongly preferred
• Strong background in general surgery and multi-specialty OR workflows preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based surgical environment
• Flexible, accountable, timely, and dependable work style
• Familiarity with Epic and modern surgical equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room for procedures and ensure all instruments, supplies, and equipment are ready
• Assist surgeons and the perioperative team during surgical cases, including CVOR procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and support safe, efficient surgical workflow
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and respond quickly in a high-acuity environment
• Collaborate with circulating nurses, anesthesia providers, and other OR staff to promote excellent patient care
• Support a variety of specialties and contribute to smooth daily case progression
• Follow all unit protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements
