Duration: 13 weeks
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,730 - $1,860
Hours Per Week: 36
Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
Schedule: Night shift position with a 6-week rotation including 3 twelve-hour shifts and 3 call shifts
Location: Boston, MA 02115

Job Requirements

Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
Valid RCP or RRT license required
At least 1 year of respiratory therapy experience preferred
NICU or neonatal respiratory care experience highly desirable
Ability to work overnight shifts and participate in a call rotation
Must meet standard onboarding and compliance requirements for healthcare assignments

Responsibilities

Provide respiratory care support for newborn and NICU patients
Assist with assessment, treatment, and monitoring of neonatal respiratory needs
Support the care team with routine and urgent respiratory interventions
Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote positive patient outcomes
Deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced hospital environment
