• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• Shift: PM schedule; 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.; every other weekend and every other holiday
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,990 - $2,140
• Openings: 2

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
• Active Massachusetts Respiratory Care license
• BLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• 3+ years of recent experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma facility required
• Recent NICU Level 3 and adult critical care experience required
• Experience with lung-protective ventilation
• Ability to make ventilator decisions based on patient assessment and laboratory results
• Participation on a Code Blue team
• NPS and/or ACCS preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory therapy care to hospitalized patients across acute care settings
• Support ventilator management and make informed adjustments based on patient condition and clinical data
• Deliver care in high-acuity environments, including NICU and adult critical care
• Apply lung-protective ventilation strategies to support optimal patient outcomes
• Respond effectively as part of the Code Blue team in emergent situations
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care
• Maintain strong clinical judgment while working scheduled PM/night shifts
