• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,860 - $2,000
• Setting: Hospital-based respiratory therapy with hospital-wide floating

Job Requirements

• Active RRT credential
• At least 2 years of respiratory therapy experience preferred
• Experience in adult ICU and emergency care
• Experience treating pediatric patients in the ER
• Nursery experience and participation in high-risk deliveries preferred
• NICU and PICU experience preferred
• Familiarity with ventilator and respiratory support equipment, including Drager V500, Hamilton T-1, V60 BiPAP, Airvo high-flow oxygen, NeoPuff, and Ram cannula
• Experience with EPIC charting preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to patients across all age groups, from newborn to adult
• Support ICU, ER, nursery, med-surg, and other hospital areas as needed
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and serve as part of the resuscitation team
• Deliver respiratory treatments, ventilator management, and emergency interventions
• Use respiratory therapy equipment safely and effectively
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record
• Float to all areas of the hospital while maintaining a high standard of care
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure positive patient outcomes
