• Shift: 10-hour day shifts with rotating start times (7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, or 8:00 AM)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage as needed
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,830 - $3,040

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology, special procedures, or interventional radiology technologist roles preferred
• Experience with hybrid interventional radiology procedures preferred
• ARRT radiography certification required
• Cardiac interventional or vascular interventional registry by ARRT preferred, or registry-eligible with ability to obtain registry within 6 months
• Active Connecticut state radiography license required
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, diagnostic imaging equipment, radiation safety, infection control, and patient safety practices

Responsibilities

• Assist with interventional radiology and special procedure cases in a hospital setting
• Prepare and operate diagnostic and procedural imaging equipment for IR procedures
• Support physicians and clinical teams during vascular, interventional, and hybrid imaging procedures
• Apply radiation safety, infection control, and patient safety standards at all times
• Participate in rotating schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage
• Contribute to efficient workflow and help ensure excellent patient care throughout each procedure
