• Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour schedule (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Orientation: 36 hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,930 - $2,080
• Weekend Coverage: Required
• Floating: Required as needed across units

Job Requirements

• 2 years of respiratory therapy experience preferred, with strong NICU experience required
• Active Ohio Respiratory Therapist license required
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• BLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• Experience in Level III/IV NICU care required
• SERVO-U ventilator experience required
• Travel Respiratory Therapist experience required
• Epic experience preferred
• Must be comfortable floating to different units based on clinical need
• Strong clinical references and a reliable, team-oriented approach are essential

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized respiratory therapy for neonates and infants in a NICU environment
• Set up, monitor, and manage respiratory equipment and therapies
• Support ventilator management, including advanced neonatal ventilation strategies
• Assist with airway care, suctioning, aerosol delivery, and tracheostomy management as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to deliver safe, effective treatment plans
• Respond to changing patient needs in a fast-paced, high-acuity pediatric and neonatal care setting
• Float to other areas when required to support patient care across the facility
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all unit protocols and safety standards
