Job Requirements

• Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current Radiation Therapist state license required
• 1+ year of continuous clinical experience in radiation therapy required
• ARRT-T certification preferred
• BLS certification preferred
• Strong working knowledge of radiation oncology workflows, treatment planning, and equipment
• Proficiency with radiation oncology and hospital systems such as ARIA, EPIC, ExacTrac, and Eclipse
• Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage sensitive patient information with professionalism and discretion

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, accurate radiation therapy treatments according to prescribed plans
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot radiation therapy equipment and related tools
• Support patients with compassion, professionalism, and clear communication throughout treatment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated oncology care
• Maintain accurate documentation in departmental and hospital information systems
• Follow all safety protocols, quality standards, and clinical procedures
• Assist with workflow efficiency and contribute to a positive patient care environment
