• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,030 - $2,190

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of respiratory therapy experience required
• Prior experience in PICU and NICU settings required
• Active New Jersey Respiratory Therapist license required
• Current BLS certification required
• NBRC credential required
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP required; some certifications may be obtained onsite
• Experience with EPIC charting preferred
• Strong clinical confidence in high-acuity pediatric and neonatal respiratory care

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care for neonatal critical care and pediatric patients
• Initiate and manage ventilators, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen therapy
• Perform blood gas collection, medication administration, and chest physiotherapy
• Respond to codes and assist with in-house patient transport
• Support airway management, including intubation assist, extubation, and suctioning
• Work with equipment such as Servo-I, Servo-U, and V60 BiPAP systems
• Float between pediatric units and NICU based on facility needs
• Contribute to safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment
