• Hours Per Week: 40
• Shift Duration: 10-hour shifts
• Shift Schedule: Variable based on opening; 3rd shift coverage noted in assignment details
• Weekly Schedule Example: Sunday through Wednesday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Call: Back-up call
• Float Requirements: Sanford as needed
• Weekend Requirements: Variable based on unit needs
• Equipment: Philips Epiq and GE E10
• EMR: Epic
• Dress Code: Any scrub color

Ultrasound Tech Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of ultrasound experience required
• ARDMS certification required
• Ability to work variable shifts and provide reliable coverage
• Comfortable floating to Sanford for ER exams when needed
• Experience working in a hospital environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting

Ultrasound Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures with accuracy and professionalism
• Use advanced imaging equipment to support quality patient care
• Document exams and maintain workflow in the Epic EMR system
• Provide back-up call coverage as assigned
• Support ER imaging needs and float to Sanford when required
• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure efficient patient throughput
• Deliver compassionate care while maintaining high clinical standards
