Certified MRI Technologist needed for a hospital setting in Burlington, Massachusetts, near Greater Boston. Join a fast-paced imaging team, support high-quality patient care, and work a consistent Friday–Sunday night schedule with 36 hours per week.

Job Details

• Setting: Hospital – Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
• Location: Burlington, MA 01805
• Weekly Pay: $2,240 - $2,400 estimated
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights
• Hours per Week: 36
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: October 5, 2026

MRI Technologist Requirements

• 2+ years of MRI technologist experience required
• ARRT certification with MRI credential required
• Active BLS certification required
• Philips MRI experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work night shifts and weekend coverage as scheduled
• Strong patient care, communication, and diagnostic imaging skills
• Must meet assignment eligibility requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans in accordance with hospital imaging protocols
• Prepare, position, and educate patients for accurate MRI procedures
• Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor patients throughout imaging studies and respond to needs promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-centered imaging environment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the radiology team to support timely diagnostic services
• Follow all departmental safety, quality, and compliance standards
