• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,920 - $2,060

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Cardiac Sonographer experience preferred
• Current certification or credentialing as a Cardiac Sonographer or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), preferred
• Experience performing comprehensive echocardiograms, including bubble studies and stress echocardiography
• Strong understanding of congenital anatomy, surgical repairs, and age-specific physiology
• Ability to obtain high-quality diagnostic images and provide accurate preliminary findings
• Commitment to patient privacy, safety, and departmental policies
• Ability to complete required pre-assignment screening and onboarding documentation

Responsibilities

• Independently perform comprehensive cardiac ultrasound examinations in hospital-based and outpatient environments
• Complete bubble studies and stress echo procedures as needed
• Capture precise, high-quality diagnostic images that support timely clinical decision-making
• Review exam purpose and patient history to ensure accurate, efficient echocardiography workflows
• Provide clear preliminary findings in a professional and timely manner
• Follow all patient safety, privacy, and quality standards
• Collaborate with the care team to help meet evolving departmental needs
