• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,090 - $2,250
• Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Shift Duration: 10-hour shifts
• Schedule: Rotating coverage with varied 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts as needed
• Additional Schedule Notes: Rotating weekends and holidays; weekly schedules are posted in advance

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Radiology or Diagnostic X-ray experience
• ARRT certification required at time of submission
• Active Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license required at time of submission
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Experience working with all age groups preferred
• Familiarity with OR imaging strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt to different x-ray equipment vendors and changing coverage needs
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a patient-focused mindset
• EPIC experience preferred
• Updated resume, 2 recent manager/supervisor references, and a matching skills checklist required for submission

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic x-ray imaging across inpatient, outpatient, orthopedic, OR C-arm, fluoro, and portable settings
• Deliver accurate, efficient imaging services while maintaining a high standard of patient care
• Support rotating shift coverage, including weekends and holidays
• Adapt quickly to varied daily workflow and evolving staffing needs in a busy imaging department
• Work with a range of imaging equipment and clinical environments
• Float to other sites as needed, with no more than one site per day
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth, patient-centered diagnostic operations
