Schedule: Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with some days extending to 10:00 AM-6:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,600-$2,790
Call: Possible call coverage

MRI Technologist Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of MRI technologist experience
GE MRI experience required
ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required
Current BLS certification required
Ability to work independently in a hospital imaging setting
Strong patient care, communication, and safety skills

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with established imaging protocols
Prepare, position, and monitor patients for MRI procedures
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and clear communication throughout the exam
Operate MRI equipment confidently while maintaining image quality standards
Work collaboratively with the radiology and imaging team, as well as other clinical staff
Support smooth workflow in a busy hospital diagnostic imaging environment
Remain flexible for varying shift times and possible call coverage
