• Additional Notes: Travelers should be prepared to support multiple surgical environments as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in surgical services or CVOR
• Recent experience within the last 12 months required
• Active BLS certification
• Active ACLS certification
• EPIC experience required
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers are not accepted
• Ability to scrub within the posted specialty
• Must be willing to float within the OR setting as needed
• All required credentials must be active and available at submission
• Must be able to meet compliance requirements prior to start

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiovascular and general operating room procedures
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical cases
• Support surgeons and the OR team throughout complex cardiovascular procedures
• Perform instrumentation, setup, and intraoperative support for CVOR cases
• Maintain accurate workflow within EPIC and follow unit documentation standards
• Adhere to safety, infection prevention, and universal protocol practices
• Assist with case turnover, supply readiness, and room preparation
• Provide reliable support during high-acuity surgical procedures
