• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,600 - $2,790
• Start Date: 10/19/2026
• End Date: 1/16/2027
• Schedule Notes: No weekends and no major holidays

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in a scientific field with a certificate in Nuclear Medicine Technology from an accredited program, or an associate degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from an accredited program plus 2 years of experience by the date of hire
• Current registration in Nuclear Medicine through NMTCB or ARRT (NM)
• One or more advanced certifications and registries such as NMTCB(PET), NMTCB(NCT), ARRT(CT), or ARRT(MR)
• Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or CPR certification
• At least 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine or Molecular/Nuclear Imaging preferred
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, medical terminology, and imaging workflows
• Working knowledge of NMIS, RIS, and HIS systems
• Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality nuclear medicine imaging procedures in a patient-centered environment
• Support advanced imaging studies such as SPECT/CT, PET, MR, and optical fusion imaging
• Use clinical judgment, time management, and technical expertise to complete imaging exams accurately and efficiently
• Maintain safety standards in accordance with departmental and regulatory guidelines
• Document and manage imaging information using RIS, HIS, and nuclear medicine systems
• Interact professionally with patients, students, physicians, and imaging team members
• Provide clear instructions and compassionate care to help patients feel comfortable throughout procedures
• Contribute to a collaborative, positive work environment focused on quality and excellence
