• Schedule: Day shift weekdays with every 3rd weekend evening shift
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,480 - $1,590

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of radiology or diagnostic imaging experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology training program
• ARRT registration in Radiography required
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and radiology safety practices
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, staff, and providers
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Ability to identify equipment issues and make basic adjustments

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for imaging exams and explain procedures in a clear, reassuring manner
• Verify patient identity and review exam orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Position patients correctly and obtain high-quality diagnostic X-ray images
• Operate CR, DR, and fluoroscopy equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with fluoroscopic and special procedures as needed
• Support portable imaging needs across various patient care areas
• Prepare and administer contrast media when indicated and follow reaction protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation in PACS and related systems
• Practice radiation safety in accordance with ALARA standards
• Keep imaging rooms and work areas clean, organized, and ready for use
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and clinical teams
• Assist with clerical, workflow, and quality assurance tasks as assigned
