Job Details

• Position: Echo Tech / Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer
• Setting: Hospital / Cardiovascular Imaging Lab

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,990–$2,140

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an Echo Tech or Echocardiography Technologist
• Echo Technician certification required
• Experience in a hospital, cardiac imaging, or cardiovascular ultrasound environment preferred
• Strong technical skills with echocardiography procedures, patient preparation, and clinical documentation
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical care team
• Willingness to complete required pre-employment health screenings and onboarding documentation

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiographic studies according to established clinical protocols
• Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process in a professional, compassionate manner
• Capture high-quality diagnostic images to support timely patient assessment and treatment planning
• Work closely with physicians and care team members to ensure efficient workflow in the cardiovascular imaging lab
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient privacy, safety, and quality standards
• Support a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends or holidays
