• Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,690 - $1,820
• Call Requirements: 1-2 weekday call shifts per week, plus rotating weekend and holiday call coverage as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent experience in the surgical technology specialty required
• 2 years of recent CVOR experience preferred
• Experience scrubbing open heart surgery and vascular cases, including wired vascular cases
• Active permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• All required certifications must be active and available at submission
• One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the past 12 months
• Ability to complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgical team during cardiovascular and vascular procedures in the operating room
• Maintain a sterile field and support efficient OR workflow
• Scrub open heart and vascular cases with accuracy and confidence
• Support patient safety through strong attention to detail and clinical teamwork
• Participate in call coverage and help meet scheduling needs
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing cardiovascular operating room environment
