Travel Radiologic Technologist Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,920–$2,060
• Location: Hummelstown, Pennsylvania
• Healthcare Setting: Orthopedic outpatient radiology clinic
• Assignment Type: 13-week travel radiology assignment
• Start Date: October 20, 2026
• End Date: January 17, 2027
• Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 40 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• Shift Pattern: Monday through Friday with varied start times, generally between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• Weekends, Call, and Holidays: None required
• Dress Code: Scrub tops and bottoms; no color preference

Radiologic Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, X-Ray Technologist, or Rad Tech
• Current ARRT registration required
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience performing outpatient plain-film and diagnostic X-ray imaging
• Clinical experience imaging adult and pediatric orthopedic, rehabilitation, and neurology patients
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with patients and clinical team members

Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic plain-film radiographic examinations in an outpatient setting
• Obtain high-quality X-ray images for adult and pediatric orthopedic, rehabilitation, and neurology patients
• Verify patient identity, exam orders, and appropriate imaging protocols before procedures
• Position patients safely and accurately while providing clear instructions and compassionate patient care
• Maintain radiation safety standards and follow established diagnostic imaging procedures
• Review images for quality and completeness before submitting studies for interpretation
• Document exams accurately and maintain a clean, organized radiology environment
