Description

Stability Healthcare is looking for a CV PICU RN contract position in Newark, NJ. The primary focus of a CVICU is to provide comprehensive and specialized care for children who require advanced monitoring, interventions, and treatments to support their cardiac and vascular systems. This may include patients who have undergone cardiac surgery, have congenital heart defects, arrhythmias, or other complex cardiac conditions.
The CVICU provides a range of advanced medical technologies and equipment to support the complex needs of these patients, including specialized ventilators, cardiac monitors, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), and other life-sustaining devices.

Pros

I only have amazing things to say about her. I would even take a job with her that has a lower rate vs somewhere else because she is so caring and friendly. Agency wise, I had benefits day one, 600 travel allowance paid first check, PTO accrual every week I have used after finishing assignment and daily pay.

Cons

Not the highest rates out there, but the quality of the recruiter makes up for it. Only other con would be sometimes they don't have locations I see other agencies listing.
