Location: Gallatin, Tennessee
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Specialty: Physical Therapy (Outpatient)
- Shift: Days (Flexible schedule: 4x10’s or 5x8’s, must be able to work until 6 PM)
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
- Weekend Hours: None
- Call Requirements: None
- Patient Population: All ages
- Patient Ratios: One patient per hour, no double booking
- EHR System: Meditech
Unit Information
- Outpatient Therapy Clinic with a large team (6-7 PTs, 4 OTs, 1 SLP)
- Common diagnoses/treatments include orthopedic cases (back pain, generalized weakness) and some higher-level neurological cases
- Preferred experience in orthopedics
- Professional personality fit required
- Dress code: Scrubs of any color; casual or other facility-branded attire is not acceptable
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Tennessee
- Experience in an outpatient setting
Additional Information
- Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
- Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as travel staff
- No float or weekend requirements
