Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department at a Joint Commission Accredited facility with 199 beds. The hospital is a Certified Primary Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI. Orientation is held weekly on Mondays.
The facility is located in southern New Mexico, offering year-round sunshine and access to outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, biking, and horseback riding.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Additional Information
- Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as travel staff.
- The client may require additional certifications beyond those listed.
- Orientation is mandatory and held weekly on Mondays.
