Location: Fort Mohave, Arizona
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: May 4, 2026
Setting: Acute Rehabilitation, Medical/Surgical
Facility Size: 12 beds
Job Details
- Employment Type: Travel
- Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, rotating weekends
- Hours per Week: 32
- Floating: Required to float to acute rehab and medical/surgical units
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Medhost, Redoc/NetHealth
- Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
- Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
