Description

Registered Nurse (OB/GYN) - Travel Position

Location: Hot Springs, Arkansas
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Summary

  • Work in a Women’s Services unit specializing in Labor and Delivery, post-partum, and well-baby care.
  • Night shift with 36 guaranteed hours per week.
  • No call or float requirements.
  • Patient population includes adolescent, adult, and neonate patients.
  • Unit has 7 beds with patient ratios following AWHONN standards.
  • Electronic Health Records systems used: GE Centricity and Meditech.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
  • Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
  • OB/GYN experience
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Current certifications required:
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN)
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
    • STABLE program

Additional Information

  • Position requires candidates to be located more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify as travel.
  • No weekend hours or call responsibilities.
  • Patient care follows AWHONN standards for ratios and protocols.

This role is ideal for an RN with OB/GYN experience seeking a travel assignment focused on labor and delivery nursing in a specialized women’s services unit.
