Location: Lafayette, Indiana
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Role: Therapist (Behavioral Health)
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Weekly Hours: 40 guaranteed
- Weekend Hours: 0 additional
- Call Requirements: None
- Work Environment: Fast-paced setting
- Patient Population: Behavioral health focus including addiction and mental health
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments for incoming patients to determine admission eligibility for inpatient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid Mental Health license in Indiana
- Nursing degree or Master’s degree in Counseling
- Must hold one of the following Indiana state licenses:
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Mental Health Associate (LMHA)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Mental Health, including experience within the last year

- Dress Code: Business casual (scrubs acceptable); jeans are not allowed
