Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Location
- Sanford, North Carolina
- Small-town setting with access to Raleigh, Durham, and the Research Triangle region
- Close to multiple golf courses and local breweries
Employment Type
- Travel assignment
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Night shift
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Rotating weekends
- On-call requirements
Unit and Patient Population
- Respiratory Care Department
- 100-bed facility
- Patient population primarily geriatric and adult, with occasional pediatric and neonatal patients
- Equipment used: V-60, Servo-I, Optiflow
- Electronic Health Record system: Cerner
- Able to work independently during night shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license in North Carolina
- Respiratory Care Practitioner with at least 1 year of experience within the last year
- Experience working with neonate patients
Clinical Focus
- Common diagnoses include COPD and respiratory distress
- Trauma level: Not specified
Dress Code
- Solid scrub top and bottom required
