Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Facility Setting: Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH)
Number of Positions: 1
Start Date: April 27, 2026
Reason for Opening: Replacement of permanent staff
Job Details
- Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Float Requirement: Yes, may be required to float to a nearby unit approximately 1.5 miles away
- Facility Size: 100 beds
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Protouch
- Dress Code: Navy scrub colors
- Parking: Included with building
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Kentucky
- Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
Additional Information
- This is a travel assignment in an LTACH setting
- Acute care experience is preferred for this role
- The position involves working in a facility that supports rehabilitation and long-term acute care patients
