Registered Nurse (ICU) - Travel Position
Location: Kennewick, Washington
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
- Travel RN position in a 14-bed Medical ICU unit
- Shift: 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
- Weekend hours: every other weekend
- No call requirements
- Patient ratio: 1:2, CN free of patients
- Patient population includes sepsis, respiratory, some cardiac, and trauma cases
- Unit occasionally uses IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump)
- Electronic Health Record system: Paragon
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Minimum 1 year of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Additional Information
- Must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as a travel nurse
- Team-oriented work environment with emphasis on accountability and best practices
- Rapid response start: candidates need to be able to start within 7-10 days of offer acceptance
