Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Position
Location: White Hall, Arkansas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Travel
Job Overview
- Acute rehabilitation setting in a 40-bed inpatient unit (including a 12-bed Traumatic Brain Injury unit)
- Adult patient population (18+)
- Patient-to-therapist ratio approximately 5:1
- Work schedule: Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Weekend hours: half to full day on Saturday and Sunday, depending on census and patient needs
- One weekend per month required (Saturday and Sunday) for full-time and PRN staff
- Electronic Health Record system: Cerner
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arkansas
Common Diagnoses/Treatments
- Cerebrovascular Accident (CVA)
- Below Knee Amputation (BKA) / Above Knee Amputation (AKA)
- Hip fractures and replacements
- Knee replacements
- Brain Injury
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Debility
- Cardiac conditions
