Description

Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Ada, Oklahoma
Contract Length: 12 weeks (3 months)
Start Date: May 11, 2026
Hours per Week: 32 hours
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week

Facility & Setting

Primarily Med/Surg with occasional Acute Rehab
Facility size: 70 Med/Surg beds, 12 Acute Rehab beds
Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC
Onsite parking available
Dress code: Black scrubs

Job Details

Position type: Travel assignment
Reason for opening: Replacement of permanent staff
May be required to float to Acute Rehab unit
Number of positions: 1

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year
