Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Assignment

Location: Los Gatos, California
Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit
Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: June 1, 2025
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday preferred; minimum one Saturday shift per month
Hours per Week: 32

Position open due to vacancy
Facility size: 30 beds
No floating to other units required
Electronic Medical Record system: Epic
Dress code: No set uniform colors
Parking available outside the unit

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in California
Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
