Physical Therapist Travel Position - Indiana
Job Details
- Location: East Chicago, Indiana
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: April 19, 2026
- Employment Type: Travel
- Facility Setting: CARF accredited Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) within a hospital
- Number of Beds: 20 (typically filling 16 beds)
- Reason for Opening: Contractor replacement
- Work Schedule:
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Minimum one Saturday per month required
- Additional weekday off to maintain a 40-hour workweek
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: EPIC
- Dress Code: Caribbean Green scrubs
- Parking: Free parking available at north entrance
- Floating: May be required to float to other units including other ARUs and Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities nearby
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana
