Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position
Location: Crown Point, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Overview

- Unit Size: 40 beds
- Patient Ratio: 5:1
- Shift: Days
- Weekly Hours: 40 guaranteed
- Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
- Call: None required
- Electronic Health Record (EHR): Epic
Patient Population
- Adults with a mix of:
- Stroke
- Traumatic and Non-Traumatic Brain Injury
- Debility
- Amputation
- Non-Traumatic and some Traumatic Spinal Cord injuries
- Cardiac and Pulmonary conditions
- Neurological disorders such as Myopathy, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s disease
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
- Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
Skills and Work Environment
- Must be able to work cohesively within a team environment alongside therapy and nursing staff
- Familiarity with equipment such as Lite Gait, Biodex, and Zero-G is beneficial
Additional Information
- Dress Code: Caribbean Blue Scrubs required; blue jeans are not acceptable attire
- Float Requirements: None
- Prior travel experience is not specified as required for this position
