Occupational Therapist (Travel)
Location: Crown Point, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Setting: Freestanding 40-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)
- Schedule: Standard hours, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Hours per week: 32
- Occasional Saturday coverage: 1 Saturday per month if contract is renewed and candidate is able
- EMR system: EPIC
- Dress code: Caribbean Blue scrubs
- Parking: Employee parking lot at rear of building
- Reason for opening: Contractor replacement
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Indiana
- Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
