Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Houston, Texas
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Employment Type: Travel
Facility Setting: Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH)
Work Schedule: Days, 5 hours daily
Dress Code: Blue scrubs
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system in use

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year
Experience in a Rehabilitation setting
Experience in a Long Term Acute Care setting

Additional Information

Floating to other units is not indicated as a requirement
Parking available (local rate applies)
Identification of direct supervisor/contact person required upon submission
