Registered Nurse (Rehabilitation) - Travel Assignment

Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Provide specialized nursing care in an inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital focused on patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The role supports maximizing patient health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Work Schedule

Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 48
Weekend Hours: Same as weekday shift
Call Requirements: None

Unit & Patient Information

Unit: Rehabilitation
Number of Beds: 50
Patient Ratio: 1 nurse to 8 patients
Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: Cerner

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Florida
Minimum 1 year of rehabilitation nursing experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with nurses and LPNs in rehabilitation settings
Cooperative team player attitude
