• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: June 22, 2026
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days (32 hours per week)
• Facility Size: 82 beds
• Reason for Opening: Contractor replacement
• Float Requirement: Yes, occasionally to Med/Surg or Acute Rehab units

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Arizona
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience, including experience within the last year

• Dress code: Teal scrub colors
• Parking: Back row in front of PT department
