Job Description

• Position is a contractor replacement in an 11-bed acute rehab facility.
• Floating to other units is not scheduled but there may be an opportunity to float to a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) if open.
• Electronic Medical Record system used: Prod-Doc.
• Dress code/scrub colors: Not applicable.
• Parking available in the main hospital lot.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience
• Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
