Physical Therapist Travel Position - Arizona

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with rotation for one day of weekend coverage

• Floating: Rare coverage to MedSurg units may be required

Job Description

• Provide physical therapy services primarily in an acute rehabilitation setting.
• May occasionally cover MedSurg units as needed.
• Use of electronic medical records (EMR) systems: Cerner and NetHealth.
• Dress code: Any scrub color; non-skid footwear required.
• Parking available in designated areas behind and around the hospital perimeter.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year

• This position is a contractor replacement.
