Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Position

Location: Billings, Montana
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately July to October)
Employment Type: Travel

Facility Overview

34-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital
Focus on treatment and recovery for patients with severe injury or illness
Specialized rehabilitation for stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
Patient population primarily adults 14 years and older with neuro, ortho, spinal cord, and trauma diagnoses
Patient-to-staff ratio approximately 6:1
Equipment includes Synaptic, TechnoBody, InMotion, Ekso skeleton, Real VR System, and traditional gym equipment

Position Details

Role: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Shift: Day
Hours per week: 36
Weekend requirement: 1 weekend per month
Patient diagnoses commonly treated: stroke, pelvis, hip, knee, ankle fractures, amputees, brain injury, laminectomy
Team-oriented work environment

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Montana
Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience within the last year
