Description

Job Opportunity: Case Manager

Location

  • Detroit, Michigan

Employment Type

  • Travel assignment

Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Facility Setting

  • Acute Rehab Unit
  • Facility has 34 beds; the Case Manager will manage approximately 14 patients
  • No floating to other units required

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Approximately 32 hours per week

Required Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of case management experience in a hospital setting

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System

  • Cerner

Dress Code

  • Business casual

Parking

  • Employee parking available in East lot

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Michigan
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Case management experience
