Job Opportunity: Case Manager

Location

Detroit, Michigan

Travel assignment

Contract Length

13 weeks

Facility Setting

Acute Rehab Unit
Facility has 34 beds; the Case Manager will manage approximately 14 patients
No floating to other units required

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Approximately 32 hours per week

Required Experience

Minimum 1 year of case management experience in a hospital setting

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System

Cerner

Dress Code

Business casual

Parking

Employee parking available in East lot

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Michigan
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Case management experience
