Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Department: Rehabilitation (2nd Floor)
Number of beds: 10
Patient population: adult, geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputations, traumatic brain injuries
Patient ratio: 5:1
Equipment: Omnicell
Electronic Health Record (EHR): Meditech
Shift: Night (7 PM – 7 AM)
Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
Weekend hours: Every other weekend (Sat/Sun days, Fri/Sat nights)
Call requirements: None
Float requirements: Occasional float to med/surg as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington
Minimum 1 year of rehabilitation nursing experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience with rehabilitation documentation, including GG scoring

Preferred Skills

Teamwork and collaborative personality fit

Additional Information

Scrub color: Any
No unacceptable attire specified
Must be located more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify as travel
Orientation offered multiple times monthly
