Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Greenwood, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Work schedule: Monday – Friday with occasional weekends (2-3 weekend days per month)
• Shift: Day shift, typically 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Setting: Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital with 44 beds
• Patient population: Adult inpatient rehabilitation (IRF)
• Caseload: Usually 6-7 patients daily
• Patient diagnoses include brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, amputation, cardiac, and orthopedic conditions
• Emphasis on teamwork in a fast-paced environment with short lengths of stay
• Collaborative work to discharge patients to home

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation

Additional Information

• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
• No call requirements
• Electronic Health Record system used: UDS
• Dress code: Scrubs of any color except navy blue
• Orientation starts at 8:00 AM on the first day
• Parking available in the main lot; enter through main entrance and check in with receptionist
